This move will increase your lean muscle mass- and therefore your metabolism- with this whole body move.
Target Muscles- Glutes, Quads and Delts
Set up- Stand with your feet hip width apart holding a pair of dumbbells at your side.
Action- Step your right leg behind you and lower into a lunge. Press through your left heel and return to standing. Extend your right leg in front of you instead of planting and press dumbbells up. Return to start position.
Keep your abs tight to help engage core during this move.
